




**Job Objective:** Meet the production schedule on time and in full, maximizing human and material resources while adhering to quality, food safety, security, and cost policies and standards. **Key Job Responsibilities:** * Review staff attendance to ensure compliance with staffing requirements. * Fulfill general duties as a member of the HACCP team in case the responsible person is absent. * Coordinate production across all departments according to the production program. * Supervise that assigned personnel comply with current quality, safety, and certification standards and policies. * Verify that processes and documentation per area are carried out according to established guidelines. * Ensure processes meet the company's required quality and safety standards. * Supervise discipline and order across all areas. * Ensure production lines start on time and remain operational. * Conduct inventory reviews and material rotation. * Inspect production lines to evaluate worker performance, machinery, and product output. * Ensure adherence to the production schedule based on service level requirements. * Review standard times across various production lines. * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities with the maintenance team. * Be responsible for ensuring assigned personnel complete monitoring, frequency checks, recordkeeping, and training. * Implement corrective and preventive actions described in the HACCP manual, establish control measures, and comply with the annual work plan. * Prepare daily shift start-up and closing reports. * Share responsibility for quality and food safety. * Comply with allergen control procedures. * Comply with non-conforming product procedures. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) through daily audits. * Ensure effective safety audits for personnel are completed, including submission of yellow cards. * Ensure compliance with the SHE program in assigned areas as well as the safety policy. * Act as substitute for the Production Manager regarding the SQF system. * The person in this position is responsible for overseeing the plant’s SQF system, as well as its food safety and quality programs. * Ensure participation of assigned personnel in scheduled weekly training sessions. * Attend company-scheduled training courses and ensure personnel from assigned areas attend as well. * Schedule staffing needs for Sundays and holidays and ensure attendance. * Attend biweekly production meetings. * Attend GOSCHE and Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee meetings. * Submit weekly production personnel incident reports to production management. * Participate and stay updated on training related to safety, quality, food safety, occupational health, etc., to achieve company objectives. * Participate in the 12 MPI program. * Participate in safe area activities (yellow cards, effective audits, walkthroughs, dissemination of safety talks and lessons
