A company specializing in the sale of home appliances is seeking a Mid-Level Oracle NetSuite Analyst with 2 years of experience administering, configuring, or implementing the ERP. This position will be responsible for providing functional support, configuring the system, optimizing processes, and driving improvements within the NetSuite platform. **Responsibilities:** \- Configure and maintain modules, workflows, forms, reports, and saved searches in NetSuite. \- Provide functional support to internal users (second-level support). \- Analyze business processes and propose ERP-based optimizations. \- Participate in implementations, deployments, or activation of new functionalities. \- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document results. \- Develop and maintain basic functional and technical documentation. \- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Logistics, Sales, and IT departments to improve system usage. \- Manage incidents and coordinate with external support when necessary. **Requirements:** \- 2 years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite in analyst, administrator, or implementer roles. **Essential Knowledge:** \- Workflows, reports, forms, and saved searches. \- Role and permission management. \- At least one of the following modules: Finance, Inventory, CRM, Procurement, or Sales. **Desirable Knowledge:** \- Integrations via SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or middleware tools. \- SuiteAnalytics. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Competencies:** \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. \- Attention to detail and critical thinking. \- Clear communication with non-technical users. \- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. \- Collaborative work ethic and initiative.
