(Near Galerias MTY) **HELP DESK ANALYST / TECHNICAL SUPPORT** Please submit your CV through this channel or contact us at: Eight\-eight\-one\-two\-two\-zero\-six\-seven\-seven\-five\-five (Type the number into your mobile phone without spaces or hyphens) **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: High school diploma in related fields such as Software Engineering, Computer Systems, or Administrative Informatics; or Technical High School in Systems or related areas. * Must be of legal age. * Availability to work flexible hours. * Ability to ROTATE day shifts: 6 AM–4 PM and evening shifts: 12 PM–10 PM, with two days off per week. (Rotation occurs monthly) * One-month paid training period, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. After this month, shifts and days off will rotate. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to branch personnel. * Efficiently resolve technical incidents and issues. * Collaborate in the implementation and configuration of information systems. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Salary: $11,250 MXN gross per month * Statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS coverage. * Full-time, on-site working schedule. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Excellent work environment.
