




Position Summary: Maintenance Coordinator responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, report preparation, production support, and supervision of technical staff to ensure optimal equipment operation. Active participation in continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing culture. **Position:** Maintenance Coordinator **Department/Division:** Maintenance **Position Objective:** Perform preventive maintenance according to the established plan to prevent equipment failures and maintain equipment in optimal condition. **POSITION PROFILE** **Academic Qualification:** Completed or incomplete technical degree in industrial maintenance or related field, and/or relevant experience. **Work Experience:** Three (1\) years in related areas. **Skills Required for the Position:** 1\. Organization. 2\. Initiative. **Specific Knowledge Required for the Position:** * Medium / High / Low Voltage Electricity * Mechanics of presses and forklifts. * Hydraulics * Maintenance of overhead cranes * **lean manufacturing** **Valid Driver's License** **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Prepare reports, logs, and follow up on maintenance requests. 4\. Report material requirements for corrective or preventive maintenance to Production Management. 5\. Provide support to the Production Department as needed by the department. 6\. Perform daily cleaning of assigned area 5 minutes before the end of the work shift. 7\. Comply with TYRSOL QMS indicators. 8\. Actively and effectively participate in the 5S culture. 9\. Respect training programs. 10\. Ensure staff complies with required personal protective equipment. 11\.
