Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure compliance with administrative processes, organize and supervise staff, and guarantee daily activities. Key Highlights: 1. General Objective:** At Red Ambiental, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor responsible for ensuring compliance with administrative processes, organizing and supervising shift personnel to guarantee daily activity execution without losing focus on the 5S methodology. **2. Specific Responsibilities and/or Duties:** 1. Adhere to the established schedule in comprehensive management 2. Report daily to the coordinator, informing all planned and completed activities 3. Ensure proper segregation of waste generated at MIRs 4. Address user requirements 5. Ensure implementation of the 5S methodology in work areas 6. Identify operational improvement opportunities 7. Conduct daily KPI tracking 8. Ensure assistants have appropriate uniforms, PPE according to assigned tasks, and necessary tools to perform activities 9. Use equipment and tools properly 10. Generate daily reports and logs 11.
