




Mexican company with operations in maritime, air, and land transportation in Monterrey and Texas. Objective: Develop and maintain a client portfolio in international transportation and logistics, generating at least **30 thousand USD in monthly gross profit** (~100–150 thousand USD in sales), ensuring profitability and sustainable company growth. Main responsibilities: * Prospect and close new clients in automotive, steel, manufacturing, retail, and other sectors. * Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring continuity and growth. * Present transportation proposals for land, maritime, and air freight (parcel shipments, oversized cargo, etc.). * Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, operations, customer service) to ensure compliance. * Negotiate freight rates and margins. * Report progress and sales pipeline directly to management. Requirements: * Minimum experience: 3–5 years in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or related sales. * Mandatory: active client portfolio. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * English desirable (for international clients). * Availability to travel (for strategic clients).
