At Phalconmx, we are a freight forwarder specializing in land logistics services, located in Monterrey, Nuevo León. *We are looking for a JR Pricing and Operations Executive* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student (final semesters) or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Logistics, or International Business. * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics or transportation companies. * Basic knowledge of freight forwarding processes. * Eagerness to learn and commitment. * Proactive. * Organized and detail-oriented. RESPONSIBILITIES: **Operations:** * Coordination and tracking of land shipments. * Updating shipment status in the system and managing documentation. * Handling and resolving incidents (delays, damages, etc.). * Constant communication with clients and internal departments. **Pricing:** * Quoting land logistics services. * Analyzing tariffs and structuring competitive pricing. * Updating the supplier database. * Tracking quotations and supporting Sales. **BENEFITS:** * Hybrid work model (1 day office / 4 days remote) * Biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Company-issued mobile phone Employment type: Full-time, Trainee Salary: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Company-issued mobile phone * Remote work Work location: Hybrid remote in 64650, Cooperativa Cuauhtémoc, N.L.
