Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, capable of collaborating with business, product, development, and QA teams in agile environments. Active participation in backlog refinement and planning sessions We are looking for a **Business Analyst** with experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, capable of closely collaborating with business, product, development, and QA teams within agile environments. Responsibilities * Elicit and analyze requirements from business areas and stakeholders. * Identify needs, business rules, dependencies, and alternative scenarios. * Transform business requirements into User Stories (US). * Ensure requirements are ready for refinement and estimation by the team. * Detect ambiguities, inconsistencies, or gaps in requirements. * Actively participate in sessions for: * Backlog refinement * Sprint planning * Functional follow-up with technical teams * Collaborate with QA to ensure coverage of scenarios and functional validations. * Maintain up-to-date functional documentation in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. * Support the Product Owner in analysis for decision-making, without assuming their role or authority. Requirements * Experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Experience documenting functional requirements and user stories. * Basic SQL for data validation. * Use of Postman or other tools for API analysis. * Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and services. * Basic JavaScript knowledge (reading simple logic). * Experience collaborating with Development and QA teams. Desirable * Experience in integration projects or service-based architecture. * Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Monterrey, N.L.
