





Position Objective: The objective of the position is to develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of Clarios employees through the planning, implementation, and evaluation of effective induction, training, and certification programs. Additionally, it must support compliance with legal, customer, and business-related training requirements (audits - Sa 800, IATF, OSHA, among others). Education: Bachelor's degrees in: Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Business Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering. Professional Experience: Training, Organizational Development, Administration (at least 2 years - including professional internships) Specific Knowledge: Legal requirements regarding training, applicable requirements for OEM customers, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Processes for identifying and analyzing training needs, Administration, desirable personnel management. English: Intermediate / Conversational Responsibilities:* Deploy the Global/Regional training plan according to the training needs of the area/plant, working closely with the Training Committee to propose timely improvements. Likewise, responsible for supervising and reporting on training progress (reporting/measurement), acting as direct support to the Talent Management team on Workday administration and development topics (DNCs, talent cycles, etc). * Execute, administer, and follow up on the operations certification process (knowledge transfer), ensuring compliance with internal procedures: PSMX-HTR-PR-08-SA: Operator Certification * Coordinate and execute the induction process for new administrative and operational personnel to ensure proper integration into the organization. Analyze and propose annual improvements to this process. * Ensure proper execution of internal training established by the labor department, complying with DC1, DC2, DC3, and DC4 as evidence for all site employees. * Serve as classroom trainer/instructor as required for organizational training and development needs. * Act as a trusted advisor to various specialized departments, supporting diagnosis of their specific business, organizational, and learning challenges, proposing appropriate training and development plans. * Lead the joint training committee, as well as compliance with legally mandated meetings. * Update the catalog of external provider courses and develop these providers, ensuring their competence in training matters. Verify their competencies and credentials. * Update training manuals according to changes that may occur in machinery, technologies, site equipment, etc. * Build and validate the comprehensive development of internal instructors for successful course delivery to employees (upskilling - reskilling). * Lead internal/external audits to ensure compliance with legal parameters/customer satisfaction - (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) * Supervise and/or manage internal training budgets. * Manage relationships with suppliers and their development. * Coordinate and support institutional events.
