Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Tester for a bank in Mexico City, responsible for UAT, documentation, and continuous product improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Define system solutions to enhance user experience A banking institution in Mexico City is seeking **Senior Product Tester** Profile: * Experience: minimum 5 years in a similar role * Language: **English B2 – Conversational – Advanced** **ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES** * Preparation of Income Statements * Proven success in continuous learning. * Demonstrated initiative with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to assess risks, impacts, or implications for operational areas or customers. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to adapt working hours to project demands, including extended workdays. Minimum **2 years of experience in user acceptance testing** **DESIRABLE** * Proven proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and advanced Excel macros (VB script). * Experience with **JIRA/Rally project management tools is preferred.** * Prior experience interacting with various levels of leadership via email, presentations, etc. * Prior experience successfully managing multiple priorities or working across multiple workflows. * Experience successfully working in a deadline-driven environment to deliver accurate and timely results. * Curiosity and desire to understand how things work, and ability to apply that knowledge toward improvement. * Project management experience will be valued. * Demonstrated initiative with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities impacting frontend, user-facing applications.** This includes assessing test requirements, determining appropriate test configurations and required test data, and identifying defects against requirements. * Draft and execute test conditions and scripts, recommend opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, and ensure completion of required test documentation. * Leverage project management tools such as Rally/JIRA to document evidence, log defects, and track progress. * Document features and user stories and collaborate with Scrum teams to prioritize them. * Define and deliver system solutions that improve user and customer experience and drive operational efficiency, developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) enabling future-state capabilities. * Monitor project progress through activity tracking, issue resolution, status reporting, recommendation of actions, and appropriate escalation. * Build strong relationships with product teams, technology partners, and vendors.
