Ensures achievement of the project's economic objectives **Position: Costs and Budgeting** **Position Objective** To plan, develop, and control costs and budgets for construction projects, ensuring financial viability, efficient use of resources, and achievement of the project's economic objectives. **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. **Experience:** 3–5 years in cost and budget management. **Technical Knowledge:** * Construction budgeting. * Unit price analysis. * Cost control. * Construction regulations and processes. **Tools:** * Advanced Excel. * Cost and budgeting software (Opus, Neodata, Presto, or similar). * Reading and interpretation of blueprints. **We Offer:** * Working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Biweekly payment * 100% IMSS coverage from day one 100% on-site employment at offices located in San Pedro, Garza García, N.L. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
