Job Summary: We are seeking a field-based electromechanical maintenance technician to ensure optimal equipment and infrastructure performance through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and scheduling of maintenance activities 2. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans 3. Fieldwork involving tool handling We Are Looking For: **"Field Electromechanical Maintenance Technician"** **Key Duties:** * Monitoring activities, scheduling tasks, tracking spare parts, cost analysis, and managing maintenance management software. * Executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for service stations to ensure proper equipment and infrastructure operation and maintain them in optimal condition. * Completing work orders and assigned tasks fully, submitting daily activity reports documented in the maintenance logbook. * Performing fieldwork and handling tools. * Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition to improve operational efficiency. * Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance. **Requirements:** * **2 years of general maintenance experience** * **Education: Technical degree** * **Proficiency in Excel** * **Fieldwork experience** * **Work location:** Juárez, Nuevo León. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $18,000 * $1,500.00 fuel allowance * Social security insurance * 17 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 13% savings fund contribution * $1,700 food vouchers * Life insurance **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Apply now if you are interested and meet the above requirements — we will contact you shortly.
