




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the complete agro-input sales cycle—from prospecting to customer retention—providing technical advisory services and managing the customer portfolio. Organization founded in 1968, a market leader in central and southern Mexico, distributing and marketing agro-inputs that preserve and enhance product quality. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) * Valid driver’s license, Class B or C (Driver) * Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight EXPERIENCE: * General sales and/or agro-input sales (preferred) * Customer advisory * Customer prospecting * Collections * Sales territory (VERACRUZ) * Customer portfolio management * Sales forecasting RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collect, enter, and update customer data in the system * Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, initial contact, proposal, negotiation, delivery, collections, and retention * Evaluate products to determine specific sales tactics per product * Identify and record customer purchase potential in terms of volume and price * Track customer consumption and yield performance * Manage credit extended to customers according to their financial capacity * Provide external customers with technical advisory on plant development, fertilization, protection, and nutrition * Monitor customers’ timely payment * Prepare sales forecasts * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys * Follow up on and resolve customer incidents * Drive increased customer purchases based on strategic initiatives COMPETENCIES: * Adaptability to change * Compliance with regulations * Commitment * Integrity * Leadership * Results orientation * Customer orientation * Problem solving * Decision making OFFERING: * Composite compensation structure: Base monthly salary + bonuses + savings fund + grocery vouchers = $35,000 gross * Biweekly pay * Monthly commissions * Statutory benefits: social security, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation, maternity/paternity leave, paid holidays * Enhanced benefits: life insurance, major medical insurance * Tools: company vehicle, tablet, laptop, wireless headset, corporate mobile phone, expense card, fuel card, toll card
