




Position Summary: Provide support and assertive communication to customers, ensuring satisfaction of their needs and coordinating delivery between commercial and operational departments. Involves sales analysis and warranty management Purpose of the Position: Provide customer service support while maintaining assertive communication across various channels to contribute to meeting customer needs and ensuring accurate communication between the commercial and operational departments to guarantee on-time and correct delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or technical degree Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service Ages 25 to 40 Emotional intelligence, proactive attitude, flexible availability, verbal fluency, assertive communication, empathy, honesty, proactivity, responsibility, organization, commitment, service orientation, and results orientation. Responsibilities: * Track orders with the Operations department. * Report to the Sales department any incidents arising during execution of the sales order (order). * Monitor the company’s commercial objectives. * Analyze sales department performance data. * Coordinate with Logistics for delivery of sales orders to the customer. * Control and monitor the warranty process. * Maintain assertive communication and relationships with customers. * Conduct customer satisfaction process analysis. * Support various sales process activities as required. * Participate in organizational culture activities.
