We also drive Zendipia, a platform for discovering events, experiences, and activities by city. We seek a creative, organized individual with strong audiovisual judgment to create high-impact content for both brands. Job Objective Create, film, produce, and edit multimedia content for social media, campaigns, interviews, reels, shorts, capsules, event coverage, and institutional pieces. We are not looking only for someone who edits videos, but for a person capable of engaging from idea to final delivery: concept, script, storyboard, set, filming, direction, audio, lighting, editing, narrative, pacing, and platform-specific adaptation. Main Responsibilities • Develop content ideas and formats for Onefacture and Zendipia. • Film and edit reels, shorts, TikToks, interviews, capsules, and institutional content. • Participate in filming planning: concept, script, storyboard, set, framing, lighting, audio, and required shots. • Direct filming with attention to composition, narrative, message clarity, naturalness, and technical quality. • Conduct on-site coverage for Zendipia, especially at cultural, social, gastronomic events and urban experiences. • Verify before and during each shoot that equipment, audio, lighting, memory cards, batteries, and required materials are ready. • Edit vertical and horizontal content with strong pacing, aesthetics, subtitles, music, text, cuts, and visual elements. • Adapt current digital content trends without compromising brand identity. • Use AI tools to optimize ideas, scripts, subtitles, audio, editing, and productivity. Requirements • Proven experience in audiovisual filming and editing. • Portfolio featuring reels, shorts, TikToks, interviews, events, capsules, or social media content. • Proficiency with tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar. • Knowledge of vertical and horizontal formats for social media. • Strong visual, narrative, and technical judgment. • Basic or intermediate knowledge of audio, lighting, composition, and editing. • Passion for cultural events, local experiences, gastronomy, music, art, and urban content. • Availability for in-person work and on-site coverage. • Organization, proactivity, creativity, and a strong sense of urgency paired with quality.
