Knowledge of administrative procurement and requisition processes. 1 to 3 years in administrative support, operational coordination, or back-office positions. **Experience in industrial, laboratory, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or fragrance environments (desirable).** Experience in documentation handling, process tracking, and logistics coordination. Technical knowledge: **Document control and management (physical and electronic).** Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO or others). **Administrative procurement and requisition processes.** Basic logistics for domestic and international shipments. **Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.** ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or others) is desirable.
