Job Summary: Organizes and monitors shipping routes, manages orders and delivery logistics with courier companies, and ensures data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimization of shipping routes to maximize daily deliveries. 2. Constant monitoring of the system and order management for picking. 3. Coordination with courier companies and tracking of deliveries to customers. * Organize the shipping route for orders, optimizing travel paths to increase the number of orders delivered daily. * Continuously monitor the system and generate the order pick list based on availability for warehouse staff to fulfill. * Organize various material picking methods and deliver them to the warehouse department. * Contact courier companies with which agreements exist to request product pickup for delivery to customers. * Physically and in Excel record control data for pending orders already invoiced but not yet delivered, for customer delivery tracking. * Record shipment information from the courier company’s website, verifying that all required data is present; if not, inform the Sales Advisor of the reason and solution. * Verify in the system that product quantities match those listed on order pick lists and shipping documents.
