BBOX Security Company is seeking an Operational Supervisor with experience in private security—responsible, with leadership skills and a service-oriented vocation—to coordinate and supervise operational staff across various services within the state of Jalisco. The ideal candidate must ensure compliance with instructions, discipline, and performance of personnel under their supervision, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and proper service operation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise and coordinate security personnel teams. Verify compliance with instructions and logbooks across different services. Conduct site visits across various services, incident reporting, and attendance control (fatigue management). Respond to client requests and reports with a service-oriented attitude. Evaluate staff performance and implement corrective measures when necessary. Support conflict resolution and ensure effective communication among all parties. Coordinate service coverage, replacements, and support for special events. Ensure compliance with company-established security standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience as a security supervisor or coordinator (minimum 2 years). MANDATORY. Management of operational staff (50–100 personnel). Leadership and effective communication skills. Familiarity with the state of Jalisco (routes, locations, industrial zones). Valid driver’s license and ability to operate standard vehicles. Flexible schedule availability and service-oriented attitude. Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
