A construction company is currently seeking **Civil Engineers** with verifiable experience in **pavement maintenance or similar projects**, to serve as Service Coordinators. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise pavement maintenance work. * Manage human resources, materials, and equipment on site. * Develop and monitor work schedules. * Supervise compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. * Verify compliance with safety regulations, including **NOM\-017\-STPS\-2024**. * Coordinate field personnel activities. * Prepare physical and documentary progress reports for the project. * Address client requirements and participate in site meetings. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (degree certificate and professional license mandatory). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in pavement maintenance or similar projects. * Verifiable experience through contracts (minimum of 2\), not exceeding 3 years. * Updated CV detailing responsibilities, employers, and employment periods (month and year). * Safety training certificates, preferably for **NOM\-017\-STPS\-2024**. * Certificates or diplomas verifying experience in pavement maintenance (not older than 3 years). * **Availability to submit** documentation supporting experience (contracts or equivalent documents), as required by the bidding process (minimum of 2, not exceeding three years). **We Offer** * Participation in bidding project. * Opportunity for continuity in future projects. * Competitive salary (to be negotiated based on experience). **Immediate availability is highly valued.** Position Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
