The selected individual will be responsible for carrying out the recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and administrative personnel, ensuring compliance with management system guidelines and the company's internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on various platforms and tracking applications. * Recruiting and selecting candidates according to position profiles. * Administering and interpreting psychometric tests. * Conducting competency-based interviews and preparing reports. * Coordinating hiring processes and employee onboarding. * Supporting job fairs and talent attraction improvement projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (graduated or intern). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment (operational or administrative). * Knowledge of job platforms, interviewing techniques, and psychometric testing. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Service orientation and teamwork. * Responsibility and sense of urgency.
