The candidate will be responsible for providing customer support, diagnosing incidents, and configuring network and IP telephony equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Remote and on-site customer support * Diagnosis and resolution of connectivity issues * Configuration of routers, managed switches, and IP phones * Assembly and punching of UTP cables * Tracking, documentation, and closure of support tickets **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, IT, or related field (completed or in progress) * Availability to work rotating shifts * Basic technical support experience (internships or social service acceptable) * Strong verbal communication skills and customer interaction ability * Organization, responsibility, and teamwork * Proactivity and fast learning capability * Letters of recommendation required **Essential Knowledge:** * Basic Linux (command line: SSH, directories, logs) * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN) * Connectivity troubleshooting * Basic database concepts (MySQL/MariaDB) **Desirable Knowledge:** * Helpdesk support and hosting concepts * Basic cPanel usage * Basic security (firewalls, Fail2ban) * IP telephony (SIP, RTP) * Platforms such as FreePBX, Asterisk, or Vicidial * Network analysis tools (Wireshark, sngrep) * Proper ticket handling and incident escalation Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,330.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Relocation/moving capability: * Madero, Tamps.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Application Question(s): * Do you have letters of recommendation?
