Coordination of logistics for document delivery and collection Manage, process, and track documents, permits, and procedures before public and private entities, ensuring their proper execution on time and in accordance with requirements. Main Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and submit files to governmental and private agencies. * Track the status of procedures in a timely manner and resolve incidents. * Maintain order and up-to-date records in databases and archives (physical and digital). * Coordinate logistics for document delivery and collection. * Prepare progress reports for assigned procedures. * Ensure compliance with applicable deadlines and regulations. Essential Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Procedures Agent. * Knowledge of Steel * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel and Word). * Familiarity with **customs procedures**. * Valid motorcycle driver's license.
