Responsible for providing robust test solutions to NPI and Production teams by performing evaluations of Software and Hardware.**Responsibilities** --------------------- * Provide robust test solutions to NPI and Production teams by performing evaluations of Software and Hardware. * Work closely with Design sites to ensure the smooth transition from the development stage to the mass production environment. * Develop test solutions across different platforms to provide flexibility to production. * Develop and implement Poka Yokes to prevent escapes. * Develop and implement test time reductions through code optimization or specifications, to increase test capacity. * Test Platforms Qualification or introduction of new technologies. * Provide technical support/mentoring to PE/QA/ME teams. * Update and release programs with improvements (limit relaxations or test stabilization). * Support Production and Maintenance teams on setup issues on the line. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- * Strong background in RF Theory and Practice, programming and ATE architecture knowledge. * Programming background is a must. * Knowledge of RF Equipment test and measurement. * Familiarity with wireless communication systems architecture, RF PAs, transmitters \& receivers, as well as experience with RF Filters and Switches and PA Controllers, is required. * Knowledge of statistical concepts and tools. * Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people is required. * BS degree in Electronic, Cybernetic, Mechatronic or Computing Engineering. **Desired Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- * Familiarity with diverse RF platforms (V93K, RED Dragon Dual Brick, FIT, VNAx) is required. * Exensio/JMP/Minitab training. * Master's Degree in Radiofrequency or Telecommunications is a plus.
