BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND TIMELY, QUALITY DELIVERY OF PROJECTS TO CLIENT SATISFACTION. **Technical and Quality Management:** * **Blueprint Interpretation:** Understand and ensure work complies with specifications and designs. * **Quality Control:** Verify materials, processes, and finishes to uphold standards and regulations. * **Technical Knowledge:** Mastery of carpentry techniques, from structural assembly to fine finishing. **Planning and Organization:** * **Scheduling:** Coordinate tasks, manage timelines and resources to meet deadlines. * **Material Estimation:** Calculate quantities and manage inventory to prevent waste. * **Logistics:** Coordinate with other trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers) when necessary. * **Client Interaction:** Schedule installation dates and times; resolve queries or modification requests; collect initial installation payments; deliver completed projects to full client satisfaction; take photos and content for social media. **Leadership and Personnel Management:** * **Team Leadership:** Guide, motivate, and evaluate carpenters. * **Problem Solving:** Address on-site unforeseen issues. * **Communication:** Keep superiors and team informed about project progress. **Safety and Administration:** * **Occupational Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment. * **Cost Control:** Keep the project within the allocated budget. * **Reporting:** Maintain daily logs and progress reports.
