We are committed to creating a work environment that supports gender equality and enables professionals to balance career development with family needs or other personal circumstances.”Our solutions for plant nutrition and precision agriculture enable farmers to increase yields and improve product quality while simultaneously reducing environmental impact. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Provide loading instructions to unit operators, ensuring compliance with documentary controls and safety standards. * Maintain constant communication with the surveillance department to review and release units reported in internal systems. * Control and validate dispatch area documentation at loading lines. * Manage entry and exit calls for operators through weighing, scale, and vehicle control processes. * Monitor and track operational performance reports (On-Time and Fulfillment of units). * Maintain administrative control of production orders. * Record material receipts, deliveries, and transfers in ERP (SAP), ensuring data integrity. * Reconcile vessel unloading receipts, reconciliation, and registration. * Identify operational and documentary deviations and promptly report them for correction. **Profile** ----------- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. Administrative degree, Logistics Engineering, Logistics (Supply Chain) or related field.
