We are looking for **YOUR TALENT** as a **CAPEX TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR** Work location: Altamira, Tamaulipas; local personnel or nearby areas required **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** On-site project supervision providing support to Project Management Supervise project scope, ensuring it is complete, effective and efficient. Be involved in different stages of projects using FEL methodology. Technically lead project development. Provide technical guidance to operational and maintenance staff. Contribute to incident investigations or non-conformities in projects. Communicate project progress and results in a concise and understandable manner. Support SHEQ policies within the area and related personnel. Prepare reports to present to internal clients including but not limited to senior management. Responsible for submitting purchase requests and receiving goods and services in system and field, as well as completing necessary documentation to ensure an effective AP process. Manage work permit scheduling, as well as releasing them in the field and software. Perform other duties assigned by project management that are generally expected within the scope of this role. **WHAT DO WE VALUE?** Knowledge and experience in on-site project supervision supporting Project Management while overseeing contractors according to engineering standards for project control and acceptance Being a proactive leader in safety discipline, strong contractor management skills **REQUIREMENTS:** Required completed degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Civil or related Engineering 3 \- 5 years of relevant experience in similar positions, in chemical storage terminals or Oil \& Gas industry in the following areas: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Automation Knowledge of ASME B31\.3/4, API 650/653, and NFPA for design and installation requirements. Experience and knowledge in construction project supervision throughout all phases, coordinating with Operations to develop operation, maintenance and Start\-Up procedures.
