**Main Responsibilities:** \- Oversee and direct all accounting activities of the organization, including general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, inventory, and financial reporting. \- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with local and international regulations. \- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. \- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring that all recommendations are effectively implemented. \- Manage the budgeting and financial forecasting process, providing detailed analysis on variances and recommended actions. \- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, properly managing taxes and other legal obligations. \- Implement and oversee internal control systems to mitigate financial risks. \- Provide financial advice and strategic support to senior management for decision-making purposes. \- Supervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring high performance levels and goal achievement. **Requirements and Skills:** **Education:** \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. \- Preferably, a postgraduate degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance). \- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent is highly desirable. **Experience:** \- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within finance or accounting. \- Must currently be employed and demonstrate ambition for advancement. \- Experience managing teams and overseeing complete accounting processes. \- Knowledge and experience in implementing ERP systems and accounting software. **Technical Skills:** \- Advanced proficiency in the English language. \- In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). \- Management of CAPEX and OPEX \- Familiarity with local and international tax laws and regulations. \- Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial statements. \- Advanced competence in Excel and other financial analysis software. **Soft Skills:** \- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate teams. \- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. \- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences. \- Problem-solving ability and data-driven decision-making skills. \- Capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. **Additional Competencies:** \- Results-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments. \- Strong professional ethics and commitment to confidentiality and integrity. **We Offer:** \- A dynamic and collaborative work environment. \- Opportunities for professional development and growth. \- Competitive salary based on qualifications, plus statutory benefits package.
