**Job Description:** A company specialized in residential construction is seeking a **Post-Sales Coordinator** with an **analytical and administrative focus** to **enhance the customer experience after home delivery.** This role is crucial for **tracking warranty claims, analyzing complaint patterns, proposing fundamental solutions,** and ensuring that issues are not only addressed but eliminated at their root. **Responsibilities:** * **Coordinate and follow up on customer reports related to defects, warranties, or delivery details.** * **Analyze data and reports** to identify **patterns or recurring failures** (e.g., hardware, installations, finishes). * Propose **corrective and preventive actions** in collaboration with construction, procurement, and quality departments. * **Monitor compliance with response and resolution timelines** by repair teams. * Document incidents, generate executive reports, and maintain updated databases. * Provide professional and empathetic customer service during the post-sales phase. * Coordinate with suppliers or subcontractors in cases of recurring claims. * Ensure customer satisfaction upon resolution of their case. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in post-sales coordination**, customer service, or administrative analysis **(ideally in the construction or housing sector).** * Ability to analyze information and generate reports. * **Advanced** proficiency in Excel. * CRM or warranty management platform knowledge is desirable. * High organizational and follow-up capability.
