At **Grupo Sanver**, we are looking for a **General Purchasing Buyer** who will play a key role in ensuring the efficient supply of our materials and services while controlling costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
**Job Mission**
Comprehensively manage internal users’ purchase requests through the **SRI2** system, ensuring clear and complete information to prevent fulfillment errors. Obtain quotations from **local, national, and international suppliers**, achieving the best cost, quality, and delivery timeline, and manage the purchase authorization process with the **Commercial Directorate**, always focused on internal user satisfaction.
**What You’ll Do in This Role:**
* Receive and validate purchase requests via the **SRI2** system.
* Analyze and verify technical and commercial information for requested products.
* Request quotations from local, national, and international suppliers.
* Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery timelines.
* Compare proposals to select the best cost–benefit option.
* Manage quotation authorization with the Commercial Directorate.
* Track the purchasing process until confirmation with the supplier.
**Who We’re Looking For**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
* Prior experience in **general procurement** (preferably in high-volume companies).
* Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
* Experience managing suppliers and authorization processes.
* ERP or procurement system experience preferred.
