




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding of new employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of the recruitment and selection process 2. Development of materials for effective candidate sourcing 3. Coordination of interviews and tracking of applicant status Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist. Responsibilities: Registration and tracking of open positions. Posting of job vacancies across various media and employment portals. Creation of visual and physical materials for candidate sourcing. Conducting initial screening of applicants. Scheduling in-person interviews as a selection filter, and coordinating second interviews with the hiring manager when applicable. Recording and tracking of interviewed candidates and their individual status. Receiving candidate documentation and scheduling their start date and time. Ensuring new hires receive onboarding orientation and BPM training.
