We are seeking a candidate with tablet compression experience, committed to product quality, capable of working under strict standards, and focused on safety and operational efficiency. **Job Objective** Operate the manual Stokes 37-punch tablet press, ensuring proper tablet compression in accordance with established quality, safety, and production stability specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and adjust the manual Stokes 37-punch tablet press * Perform machine startup, adjustment, and shutdown * Monitor compression parameters (weight, hardness, thickness) * Verify product quality during the process * Identify and report process deviations or failures * Perform equipment cleaning and sanitization * Complete production and quality control records * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Support format changeovers and basic maintenance **Requirements** * Proven experience operating a manual Stokes tablet press (37 punches) * Knowledge of tablet compression processes * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, balances, etc.) * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) * Minimum education: Secondary school or technical diploma (preferred) Key Competencies * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Teamwork * Proactivity * Quality focus We Offer * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Training * Positive work environment Salary: $2,655.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
