Knowledge: Basic computer and personnel management software proficiency. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship management. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Capacity to address and resolve conflicts effectively and constructively. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
