Job Summary: The Operations Trainer (Repair) will develop, train, and certify repair technicians while creating metrics and validating training effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: 1. If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- The **Operations Trainer (Repair)** will be located in **North Guadalajara** **Examples of activities you will perform include:** * Develop training materials for the repair area * Responsible for training repair technicians for Flex Gdl * Certify repair technicians' competencies through SIE * Support Flex Gdl organizational training requirements * Create new reports and metrics for the area * Certify and/or recertify professional competencies * Validate training effectiveness through the audit process * Record and monitor training data **Essential Skills for This Role** * High school diploma or technical high school diploma with specialization in Electronics * Knowledge: IPC\-A\-610, Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies IPC\-7711/7721, Rework, Modification, and Repair of Electronic Assemblies. * Proficiency with tools and accessories: Soldering iron, hot air gun, solder sucker, fume extractor, mini-pot, preheaters, microscope, scalpel, adhesives, epoxy, flux, cutting pliers, flat-nose pliers, desoldering braid, BGA rework station, X\-ray inspection equipment. * Common procedures: ESD/EOS (Electrostatic Discharge/Electrical Overstress) controls, soldering tools, primary heating methods, materials, cleaning station/system, component removal and installation, time and temperature profile (TTP). * Rework (IPC 7711\): Desoldering/Removal (PGA and connectors, chip components, leadless components, SOT, gull-wing, BGA/CSP), trace preparation, installation, short removal * Repair (IPC 7721\): Conductor repair or modification, pad and lifted trace repair * Shift availability.
