Position Summary: Project engineer responsible for coordinating teams to optimize operational processes through automation and innovative solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Process and tool improvement proposals ###### **Hybrid work mode: 1 day per week in the office:** **Av. del Bosque 1225\-A Parque Industrial El Bosque II Colonia Las Pintas, 45590 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.** **Objective:** ------------- * Acts as a project engineer and coordinates development and logistics teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational process efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Implements automation processes. * Estimates development hours and sets delivery time estimates. * Documents new and existing applications/projects. * Provides day-to-day support and resolves issues related to the operational process where the solution/application under responsibility functions. * Creates/modifies scope documents. * Manages and tracks escalations. * Develops solution proposals for client requirements based on analysis. * Responsible for projects from inception to completion. * Coordinates work teams. * Trains team members. * Tracks administrative requests. * Monitors administrative and operational team activities. **Responsibilities:** -------------------- * Coordination of logistics and development teams. * Proposing solutions to operational needs and problems. * Automating reports. * Process and tool improvement proposals. **General Requirements:** ------------------------------ ##### **Education:** Industrial Engineering or related field (degree holder). ##### **Experience:** * Five years of project management experience. * Teamwork skills. * Dynamic work environment adaptability. ##### **Training:** * Power BI / Power Automate, Project, Planner tools. * Advanced Excel (Macros). * Flowchart creation. * Metric generation. * Process and project documentation. * Logistics processes. * Data analysis. * English B2\+ * SAP S/4 HANA
