Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor and resolve system failures, document logistical processes, and present operational metrics. Key Highlights: 1. System failure resolution and process optimization. 2. Generation of key operational metrics and reports. 3. Effective communication and analysis in dynamic environments. ###### **Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the office:** **Av. del Bosque 1225\-A Parque Industrial El Bosque II Colonia Las Pintas, 45590 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.** **Objective:** ------------- * Monitor and resolve system failures, document processes, and present metrics. **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Knowledge of logistical processes (monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments) is desirable. * Documentation of processes and workflows. * Create, analyze, and deliver operational metrics. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical thinking and business problem-solving orientation. * Effective communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. * Track customer requests. * Resolve fallout in SAP S/4 Hana **Responsibilities:** -------------------- * Analyze areas for improvement in current processes. * Track status requests and ensure tracking visibility. * Document processes. * Create reports using Power Automate, Excel, and Power BI. **General Requirements:** ------------------------------ ##### **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. ##### **Experience:** * Experience working in a dynamic environment. * Minimum 1 year of experience in process improvement and visibility/reporting tools. * Delivery of process documentation and end-to-end project documentation. * Delivery of metrics and operational visibility reports. ##### **Training:** * SAP S/4HANA * MS Office Suite * Metrics generation * Process and project documentation * English B2 * Self-management
