Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional with workshop and manufacturing experience to optimize production processes, manage inventory, and coordinate personnel in a design and manufacturing workshop. ABOUT THE COMPANY \- We are a design and manufacturing workshop specialized in comprehensive projects and kitchen equipment, both for indoor and outdoor use. \- We conceive metal as an expressive language. We design, fabricate, and materialize unique pieces where technique, artisanal craftsmanship, and detail merge with intuition. \- We specialize in custom projects, where each commission is distinct, each client represents a new challenge, and each system is developed based on a deep understanding of the material, its application, and the context. Main Responsibilities ● Organize and improve workshop production processes ● Support project planning and prioritization ● Inventory control and management (materials, tools, consumables) ● Support in material procurement and supplier relations ● Monitoring of costs, consumption, and production timelines ● Basic coordination of workshop personnel ● Support process standardization without rigidifying creative work ● Propose continuous operational improvements; identify production issues and propose corrective solutions. Candidate Profile ● Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field ● 2–4 years of experience in workshops, manufacturing, metal-mechanical, or production environments ● Hands-on production floor experience (not solely administrative) ● Ability to work on unique, non-repetitive projects ● Organized, analytical, and practically minded ● Strong communication skills Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
