Focus on continuous improvement and team leadership MAJOR COMPANY RECRUITING: QUALITY ENGINEER We are looking for your talent!!!!!!!! * REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Certified Engineer in any discipline (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience (Shop Floor Quality, Processes or Production). * Availability and schedule flexibility; willingness to work in teams and interdisciplinary groups; perseverance in problem solving; openness to change and focus on continuous improvement. * English (preferred). * Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, macros, etc.), ability to design databases for execution and analysis, and general proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * KNOWLEDGE: * Personnel management * Internal audits * Process control * Knowledge of root cause analysis tools * Leadership and decision-making * Working under pressure * COMPETENCIES: * Proactive * Teamwork * Interest in analysis and problem solving * Focus on continuous improvement PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise quality processes, analyze data, control processes, conduct time and motion studies, manage SPC, operate measurement equipment, possess knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and quality tools, and design and execute tests to monitor quality. * Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with work procedures. * Conduct product quality audits.
