Integration of FileMaker with external systems and technical support Job Description: We are a real estate and construction company located in Lomas de Angelópolis, Puebla, and we are looking for a FileMaker developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise solutions based on FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into functional, scalable, and user-friendly systems. This position requires solid knowledge of FileMaker scripting, relational database modeling, and preferably experience integrating with APIs or external systems. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain custom applications in FileMaker Pro. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical FileMaker solutions. * Optimize database performance and workflow efficiency. * Create intuitive, user-experience-oriented interfaces. * Develop complex scripts to automate internal processes. * Perform testing, debugging, and technical documentation of developed systems. * Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of FileMaker Server. * Integrate FileMaker with other systems via REST APIs, ODBC, or XML. * Provide technical support and basic training to internal users. Requirements: * Proven experience developing with FileMaker Pro (minimum 2 years). * Solid knowledge of relational database design. * Ability to write advanced scripts and use calculation functions. * Knowledge of FileMaker Server security and administration (desirable). * Desired: experience integrating with other platforms (APIs, SQL, JSON, etc.). * Desired: Claris FileMaker certification (not mandatory, but valued). * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
