Únase a nosotros y forme parte de un equipo que cree en el poder de la atención personalizada. **SOBRE EL PUESTO** Será responsable de procesar ciclos de nómina, mantener los registros de nómina y apoyar la administración de beneficios para empleados, garantizando al mismo tiempo el cumplimiento normativo, la precisión y una comunicación clara con las partes interesadas internas. Este puesto es ideal para alguien con experiencia práctica en nómina en entornos internacionales y sólidas habilidades analíticas. **RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES** * Procesar con precisión y puntualidad las nóminas semanales y quincenales. * Calcular salarios, sueldos, horas extras, deducciones y ajustes de los empleados. * Mantener y actualizar los registros de nómina de los empleados, incluyendo horas trabajadas, tasas salariales y cambios de estado. * Verificar los datos de nómina, identificar discrepancias y resolver los problemas de forma inmediata. * Garantizar el cumplimiento de los controles internos, las políticas de retención de datos y las regulaciones aplicables. **LO QUE BUSCAMOS** * Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Contabilidad, Relaciones Laborales o campo afín. * 2-3 años de experiencia en administración de nómina. * Conocimientos intermedios a avanzados de Excel.
