**WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR FOR PERISHABLE GOODS** **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco / Near Industrial Zone **Job Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Mixed Shift / Day Off on Sunday **Salary:** $15,000 net + Statutory Benefits **Job Description:** Food industry company operating in refrigerated and frozen zones seeks a **Warehouse Coordinator** with experience handling perishable goods. This position is critical to ensuring control, organization, and efficiency of warehouse operations. **Important:** Work inside cold and refrigerated chambers. / Uniforms provided **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree (preferably in logistics, food science, or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as warehouse supervisor or team leader. * Experience in the food industry (preferred). * Management of incoming and outgoing goods (FIFO). * Management of physical and digital inventories. * Knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP). * Availability to work in cold environments. * Leadership skills, service-oriented attitude, and teamwork. * Proficiency in Excel and warehouse software (ERP). **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff. * Ensure proper storage of products in refrigerated chambers. * Assign and distribute tasks. * Inventory and expiration date control. * Goods receiving and shipping. * Compliance with quality standards in the warehouse. * Reporting of incidents and losses. * Operation of forklifts (operational duties may be required depending on workload).
