Position Summary: Guarantee the organization’s daily operational functionality through maintenance, conservation, and repair of equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain daily operational functionality of facilities and equipment. 2. Perform various maintenance and repair tasks. 3. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. **Position Objective** Guarantee the daily operational functionality of the organization’s areas and services through maintenance, conservation, and repair activities for equipment, facilities, and infrastructure, in accordance with established quality processes and procedures, as well as applicable current safety and health regulations, and maintain compliance related to the establishment’s certification by the General Health Council. **Position Functions** * Perform mechanical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, general painting, curb cleaning, and lock replacement tasks in the respective areas of the organization and its perimeter. * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and conservation tasks for electrical, hydrosanitary, and ventilation systems within the scope of competence and application. * Perform repair tasks for furniture (wheelchairs, stretchers, transport carts) as well as doors, windows, and other applicable items within the organization. * Maintain an updated systematic record of maintenance and conservation activities, generating corresponding internal service orders for validation. **Position Requirements** * Higher or upper secondary education. * Age: 30 \- 40 years. * Work experience: Minimum 1 year.
