




**Vacancy: Instrument Mechanic** We are looking for a responsible, honest and committed instrument mechanic who will be responsible for performing tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance of valves, carrying out various specialized functions. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation. * Experience in valve calibration. * Relevant technical or professional degree in instrumentation, electronics, electrical or related field. **Responsibilities** * Adjust and calibrate valves to ensure they operate within specified parameters, guaranteeing precision in their operation. * Disassemble valves for inspection, repair or replacement of components, and reassemble ensuring the entire structure is in perfect condition. * Perform pressure tests to verify valve integrity and tightness, ensuring they can withstand operating conditions without leaks or failures. * Adapt valves according to technical specifications and customer or system requirements, including adjustments of opening, closing, and control parameters. * Identify faults or wear in valves, perform repairs or replace defective parts to ensure proper operation. * Carry out operational tests to verify that the valve functions correctly under required conditions. * Record all activities performed, calibration results, tests and repairs, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulations. * Ensure all interventions are carried out following applicable safety, quality and technical specifications.
