




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative and accounting support to the finance department, preparing documents, performing accounting tasks and reporting, and controlling assets. Focus on improving the quality management system **POSITION MISSION** Provide administrative and accounting support to the company's finance department. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare, complete, and draft various documents. * Perform accounting tasks to facilitate the functions of the finance department. * Prepare financial and treasury reports. * Maintain control over the company's assets and inventories. * Compile payroll pre-processing information. * Implement and improve the company's quality management system. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * **Advanced** knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * **Advanced** knowledge of Aspel software (NOI, COI, and SAE). * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards. * Attention to detail, orderliness, and organizational skills. * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in a similar position. * Strong ability to interpret and draft legal and organizational documents. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional appearance **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of English language. * Knowledge in the Human Resources field.
