




We are looking for a professional with experience in technical support and hardware and software maintenance to join our team. The person in this role will provide technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist in the installation and configuration of equipment and systems. The role combines workshop support tasks, problem diagnosis, and collaboration with the team to ensure equipment and systems function properly. We are seeking someone proactive, organized, and with strong communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Provide basic technical support to internal users and equipment. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and other equipment. * Install and configure operating systems and necessary software. * Backup data and remove viruses or malware when required. * Document processes and support activities using Microsoft Office. * Maintain clear communication with the team and report incidents promptly. **Requirements** * Previous experience in technical support, computer maintenance, or equivalent. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, systems, or related field. * Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows operating systems, and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. * Problem-solving skills for hardware issues and ability to meet response time requirements.
