




Job Summary: This role involves verifying route quadratures, tracking item discrepancies, managing pending shipments, analyzing fuel performance, and reporting findings to supervisors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route verification and reconciliation to ensure item flow. 2. Identification and management of items with discrepancies for traceability. 3. Fuel performance monitoring and analysis on routes. 1\. Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1 routes, verifying that all routes entering/leaving the COP manifest identical incoming/outgoing item quantities—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the driver signs acceptance for any discrepancies to prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information regarding discrepancy items from TR1 and TR2 route reconciliations. Identify each waybill with a discrepancy, question the driver, and require immediate delivery of that item to guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Record all items remaining on the platform. Log, locate, and manage all pending outbound shipments on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and verify that every item has a pending status recorded in the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance on TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). To provide data to supervisors enabling prevention of fuel misuse and theft. 5\. Report TR1, TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit outcomes to the Supervisor. Document and submit the daily report immediately upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the driver/route involved in discrepancies to prevent recurrence.
