Register guest check-ins and check-outs at the hotel in order to control accommodation services, charges, and corresponding consumption. 2\. Greet and bid farewell to guests with the purpose of creating a sense of belonging and fostering a warm atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty. 3\. Assign rooms according to each individual's or group's specific requirements whenever possible, ensuring their stay meets their expectations. 4\. Conduct foreign currency exchange (US dollars, Canadian dollars, and euros) so that international guests have local currency during their stay in the country. 5\. Monitor guest account balances to prevent high balances and ensure payment for services used. 6\. Follow up on various issues presented by guests and customers (reservations, prepayments, rates, etc.) to achieve proper resolution. 7\. Verify that registration cards match the information contained in the system to prevent discrepancies, as well as compare signatures with consumption checks. 8\. Charge guests for expenses charged to their room in order to close accounts and generate corresponding invoices. 9\. Promote the rental of rooms with additional services to increase hotel revenue. 10\. Direct guests with special service requests (taxis, tours, restaurant reservations, etc.) so they are assisted according to customer instructions. 11\. Ensure all reservations are guaranteed during high-occupancy periods to secure room rentals. 12\. Open master accounts for events, banquets, or groups in order to consolidate corresponding charges. 13\. Answer all telephone calls from our guests and customers at the hotel to meet their needs, assist them, and advise them regarding their requests, complaints, or comments. 14\. Receive, record, and forward reports from internal and external customers to the appropriate departments to maintain the hotel in optimal condition. 15\. Inform guests and customers about the procedures for recovering forgotten items within the facilities to provide an environment of safety and honesty. 16\. Receive, make, and record wake-up calls requested by our guests using company standards to offer a more convenient option and ensure guests carry out their activities on time.
