If you have experience in demanding industrial environments and a strong focus on safety and quality, we want to meet you! **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Ensure Continuous Operation:** Supervise daily operation of process equipment and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * **Team Leadership:** Manage technical staff, report overtime hours, and ensure high departmental performance. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all processes comply with safety, hygiene (food safety), and environmental regulations. * **Operational Efficiency:** Maximize resource utilization during demand peaks to meet production deadlines without compromising quality. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering** (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **4 years** of industrial maintenance experience. * **Industry:** Proven experience in the **food manufacturing industry** (processing of meat, poultry, or similar products). * **Stability:** Stable employment history (preferably 3 years in previous positions). * **Skills:** Decision-making ability, personnel management, and capacity to resolve complex technical problems. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary of **$35,000 to $40,000 MXN per month**. * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * Job stability with a solid company. * Uniforms and personal protective equipment.
