Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Salesperson/Appraiser to provide customer service, appraise items, conduct sales, and promote merchandise at a prominent pawnshop. Prominent Pawnshop Seeks: Salesperson/Appraiser REQUIREMENTS: > Gender: Unspecified > Age: 23 to 40 years old > Education: Minimum verified high school diploma > Residency near the area > Experience in sales and/or customer service > Proactive, dynamic, and creative > Passion for sales and commissions RESPONSIBILITIES: > Customer service > Conducting pawn transactions, redemptions, renewals, and item sales > Appraisal of items. > Gold testing. > Cleaning, labeling, and displaying merchandise. > In-store merchandise promotion (in-store announcements, tent sales, flyer distribution, posting) > Social media promotion (live broadcasts) > Follow-up calls to remind customers of their payments > Cashiering daily transactions.
