Work area Tacotalpa\-Teapa. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** As a Collection Manager, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant delays, generating payment plans that allow them to bring their payments up to date again. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Visit the homes of debtors who have requested a loan but have not fulfilled their payments, in order to offer them different payment plans. Recover overdue accounts. Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers. Inform customers about all the benefits of having a current credit account. Operate a motorcycle following safety regulations, always using the required and necessary protective gear. **IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:** Completed or partial high school education. Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. Motorcycle riding skills. Valid motorcycle driver's license. Proficiency with mobile devices. Goal-oriented with focus on achieving targets.
