Primary Objective: To supervise and coordinate mechanical, civil, electrical, and structural construction in accordance with international standards and Orbia’s established standards, ensuring project scope delivery. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise mechanical, civil, and structural construction and equipment installation, including tracking work schedules and verifying compliance with national and international regulations regarding electrical equipment selection and installation. * Supervise equipment commissioning, testing, and handover to operations. * Inspect equipment and materials according to equipment specifications outlined in detailed engineering documentation. * Execute project implementation in alignment with the capex schedule and/or required stages defined in Management of Change (MOC) documents, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget expectations are met while minimizing deviations that impact project capitalization. * Schedule receipt of materials, equipment, and/or labor for project execution. Verify material quality, as well as assembly and workmanship. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering. * **Intermediate conversational English** * Preparation of daily mechanical-civil construction progress reports. * Administration of installed quantities and work quality. * Knowledge of: Mechanical-Civil supervision of industrial plant commissioning and startup; construction standards; ASME standards; welding processes/procedures; equipment lifting; equipment/piping alignment; basic knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000. * Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, etc.), AutoCAD. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Supervision and Civil Supervision. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** Competitive monthly salary.
